I’ve never liked going to the dentist. I actually stopped going because of bad experiences. I met Dr Allen while doing some work at his house. He was extremely friendly and down to earth. I knew I had some issues with my teeth that needed addressing. From the time I arrived at the appointment things went very smoothly. Filling the paperwork out on an iPad was way easier than pin and paper. The hygienist Courtney was awesome. Throughout the entire time she kept me informed on what was going on. First time I’ve ever had my teeth cleaned it didn’t hurt. Dr Allen gave me several treatment options and offered to do all of the work on one appointment. This was huge for me being I don’t have to take multiple times off from work. I personally thought the pricing was reasonable knowing what my wife has been paying at other offices. I will use Dr Allen and Courtney as long as I can for my dental work.

First time appointment at Lufkin Family Dental, I am new to the area. The check in process and paperwork was simple via a tablet that prompted you to took only a few minutes. The hygienist was friendly and performed gum check and teeth cleaning efficiently. The dentist explained two risk areas very clearly and provided me with options and no pressure. I have found my new dental office and I will be returning. Highly recommended.

Just moved to Lufkin and so glad I chose Dr Allen as my new dentist. He and his staff made my trip to the dentist a pleasant experience and I have never said that before. If you are looking for a dentist I would recommend him and his staff

Always pleased with my care here. The staff is very friendly and helpful... ALL OF THEM! Dr Allen is great! Takes the time to greet you, explain findings and make recommendations. They are timely, professional and keep a very clean environment throughout the offices.

My experience with Lufkin Dental was one with no complaints. I received a friendly greeting and smile upon entering. The receptionist did not hesitate in seeing if I could be seen today. It did not take her long in coming back to the lobby saying that I could and please come back at 11:00 am. I was so happy and excited until I forgot about the pain I was experiencing. Upon meeting Dr Allen I felt very comfortable. He was so down to earth and yet professional. He explained exactly my problem and took care of it. His sweet nurse was next to my side giving me support in case my pain was unbearable. I have everything good to say about Family Dental beginning with my entry until my exit. Thank you Dr Allen and staff for your professionalism.
