I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jacob Allen at Lufkin Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, organized, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Allen took the time to clearly explain everything, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office is clean, modern, and efficiently run, and you can tell patient care is a top priority. I especially appreciated the gentle approach and attention to detail, it made the appointment far less stressful than most dental visits. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, personable, and truly cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Allen and his team.

Staff is so welcoming and very friendly. They always work me in during my time of need. Very caring and compassionate with me as I have anxiety about dental exams/work. Dr. Allen is gentle and explains everything in detail. I have been a long standing established patient with this practice for years. Started seeing Dr Bates here, then Dr Williams and now Dr Allen.
